What we are:
We are a husband and wife team (with additional crew as needed) that provides superior service and end results for homeowners wanting changes made to their house and yard. We are based in Vancouver, Washington, but have done jobs from West Linn to Battle Ground to Sellwood. We are also real estate investors who buy and fix up houses, so we are familiar with keeping an eye on expenses vs. payout for a project. We have worked on everything from high-end homes to rentals to commercial properties.What we do:
- We charge by either the hour or the day ONLY. There are no hidden fees.
- Either the homeowner or we buy the materials. If we buy, we turn over all receipts and the homeowner reimburses us.
- We show up on time, we return your calls, and we clean up our own mess! No swearing or drinking on the job site.
- You'll get a courtesy call after the first day of work, checking to see that you're happy with how your project is going, and you'll get a follow-up contact afterwards, double checking that your site was cleaned up, and that you're happy with the end results of your project.
